Email support@hasna.com for help with Nest. For privacy or account-deletion requests, email privacy@hasna.com. These are Hasna’s published contact addresses. Include “Nest” in the subject so your request reaches the right place.

Tabs on another Mac

Sign in to the same Nest account on each Mac. Cloud sync carries workspace organization; each Mac still needs access to the station through your SSH and network setup. Choose a tab to reconnect. Existing local workspaces may need an explicit migration before their tabs are shared.

A terminal is disconnected

Check that the station is awake and reachable and that SSH works. Reconnecting attaches to the station’s existing tmux work where it still exists. Closing Nest or a tab detaches the display; ending the remote session is a separate action. A station reboot or disk failure can end processes even when the tab remains saved.

Google or email sign-in

Use the sign-in page. For email accounts, verify your email address before signing in. If needed, request a password-reset email and check your spam folder. Never send a password, sign-in link or verification code to support.

Billing and subscriptions

Your Free or Pro plan covers your account across all workspaces. Open Account → Billing to check your plan and enabled stations. When Pro billing is available, Manage billing opens Stripe’s hosted portal for invoices, payment methods and cancellation. Email support@hasna.com for billing help; do not send payment-card details or sign-in credentials.

Before sharing a bug report

Include your Nest version, macOS version and the steps that caused the problem. Describe the issue using a disposable example where possible. Remove terminal output, station names and addresses, private file paths and account details from screenshots. Do not send SSH keys, browser cookies, access tokens or unredacted diagnostic files.

Downloads and updates

The download section shows the supported Macs and current availability. Release notes describe release status and known limitations. Apple notarization remains pending; a signed beta package is not yet a verified Gatekeeper-ready distribution.
